Scanner is great but its software sucks It is small, portable and very easy to use. But its software is terrible. You cannot edit anything. You cannot make text sharper, descreen, remove gray background, etc. It doesn't align the scanned image either. E.g. if I put the page a little angled (happens very often) I end up with black spaces at the edges. I would expect it to detect that and align/rotate the scanned image properly.
I bought it because it is small and easy to store away (space is a big issue) This works well. It only a while to find software that make it easy to use, but after a few hours I've finally got a reasonable system going. My only complaint is that it scans very slow, and the manual feed for each individual page is cumbersome.

Quick and easy Easy to use and easy to carry. No need for extra cords with this unit. Plug it in, open the software, scan, and pack it up in less time than it used to take for me to set up my old scanner. Great for travel or around the office in that it doesn't take up much room and is light weight. I was concerned at first as to whether it would be able to do a good scan on photos, but rest assured, it does a great job.

Great little scanner. A must have for your Apple products. I had to purchase an Air printer for all my Apple products & the Epson printer scanner is a joke. So I took a chance & purchased this. I use it constantly. Very little setup required, incredible easy to use, software included makes everything easy and in it's place. Has a separate cover to carrying or keeping dust free.
