TERRIBLE I am living in of there apartment buildings here in Dublin, OH. I have been trying REALLY REALLY hard not to lose my freaking temper with these people. I requested for someone to come and look and fix my toilet, I requested this in their app to NO avail from them for two weeks until I went to talk to the property manager about getting out of our lease because I bought a house and this is a whole OTHER situation. Worst staff ever New Management has many people with fake smile but once you sign the lease they show their real face. They suddenly become rude, arrogant and do not respond to any repair requests. They are only faking the outside of the building (only the ones close to the main roads and leasing office) but the inside part has too many problem, everything is coming apart. Do NOT do it! I would not even recommend this place to my worse enemy. Very poor customer service and rude employees. Increase of 20% rent to put lipstick on a pig. The units still look terrible with the paint. Increase in water per month, my family member is a single person and now they have to pay for the entire complex. Dividing the water per sq foot instead of what they use. The units are falling apart and they are only worried about the outside. Please go elsewhere.
BEWARE Stay away from Lakeview Square at all costs. Once you sign a lease you will regret it! The management office is staffed with a bunch of ignorant, rude, and worthless employees that need to be fired. The so called property manager couldn’t manage his way out of a wet paper bag. Totally useless and WORTHLESS! It has potential if the company that owns the property would get rid of the WORTHLESS staff and maintenance crew. Everything is old and falling apart. It's nice at first but then again looks are deceiving. When I first moved in, I thought it was a great, spacious and welcoming apartment for the price. Until you have to deal with the office. Maintenance is slow to respond and often show up days or weeks after you call without notice. You leave and come back to find things shifted around only to find out they've let themselves in.
