Re-locating Relocating from Cleveland, OH to Dublin, Oh was a very difficult thing to get used to. But having the amenities and the well knowledged staff. They made my transition very easy and were pleasant and willing to go the extra mile for me being that I filled out all of my applications by phone. Once I say my townhome I loved it. I think I am going to love Dublin, Ohio.
Verified Renter So far we have just received our keys and the apartment is dirty. We have to clean. The tubs are dirty, have hair in them. The floors are dirty, the windows and ledges are dirty. I can’t believe apartments don’t have to be clean when you move in, but are expected to be spotless when you move out. I guess we live in such different times. Just sad.

Theft - Beware We moved in a little over a week ago, and it's clear that theft is a HUGE issue in this complex. We were stolen from literally in the first week we lived here. And now we have a whole year to go. Stay away.

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE READ BEFORE LIVING HERE. My fiance and have lived here since October of 2023, shortly after moving in we submitted a laundry list of maintenance requests and in addition to the maintenance requests we were also given resurfaced countertops about a month after moving in. Poor maintence, poor property very old apartment, covered up by years of paint and shoddy construction work. Move in at own risk

Way too Overpriced Their big headline is new renovations across their entire property, however they said there would be fenced-in patios by December. It is not February and the only ones with fencing are right next to the leasing office. The "renovations" they promise could have been done better by a 10 year old with a Youtube tutorial.. do you self a favor Don't come near this property. This place is terrible to live in. The manager is incompetent, and the maintenance team is even worse. They have no idea what they're doing, they came to my unit to fix bathroom fixture and they make it even worst. and it's been 3 months without any action in my unit. It's infuriating for the tenants.
