Never I have lived here since June 2014 and we have seen a few changes in ownership. This is the worst. I pay almost $400 more and get at least that much less. Don't do it is all I can say.
Management paying $25 for good reviews. This should be enough to tell what would be the actual case You dont need to pay anyone to write positive reviews. If you are bad, that is when you need to do this. The Rent has been skyrocketed. The Thrash & other admin charges are around $100 (apart from high water and sewage charges of $200). They are charging common Electricity and Common Gas usage charges. Dont know what these are and no one can explain. Dont recommend this community to anyone...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE... Thugs have come with a new name called Dublin Park (previously known as Lakeview Square). I am a current resident and the only things that has changed is the price (rent skyrocketed and cost of same usage of utilities has been more than tripled). P.S.: They are paying residents $25/- each to post positive reviews on Social Media. Haven’t they learnt anything from their past management?
Renter Beware..You won't get respect.. I don't find 0 stars, otherwise I will go with 5 zeros stars for the new management. One of the worst and rude management I ever saw. Don't get into their trap by seeing the outer colors. Utility bill(Water/Sewage) will be keep on increase month by month. If you ask the reason, you won't get proper answer and the management ask you to check with the billers. Very rude management.
I regret leasing front Dublin Park. Renter Beware. I regret renewing my lease with Dublin Park. The prior landlord neglected the property and never fixed anything besides the most dirt cheap temporary fixes. DP has done nothing to update that neglect. They did cosmetic facelifts of the outside of the property, jacked up rent over $150 more a month while simultaneously sticking residents imeith a 410% increase in utility bills. Poor customer service... doesn't care about tenants! New management is the absolute worst. Always threatening to fine residents for "improvements" they never asked for. Repaving the driveways was a complete cluster since they didn't have a readable schedule distributed, and when a color coded one was demanded, they didn't even follow the schedule they laid out! Terrible new management Haley is terribly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend paying the prices for the customer service provided with outdated units! The Manager Amber also does not address any concerns!
