Affordable & comfortable I was recently month-to-month after my lease had expired. I was reached out to by the professional and courteous sales agent, Haley. We discussed my options briefly over the phone and agreed to a meeting where I’d renew my lease. I renewed at the newly named Dublin Park because it’s home. It feels like a home. Great experience We’ve had bad experiences in the past with the Connor’s group, but Haley showed this experience will not be the same. She has been extremely friendly and on top of things in the short amount of time they have owned the property. We had a walk through and all the maintenance concerns were looked at the next day. Really pleased so far with her as a manager!
Great Units Great Staff I have lived here for a few years when it was Lakeview Square. Since Dublin Park took over, things have gone uphill. Haley has been extremely helpful with answering any questions I've had. I am looking forward to all of the improvements to the neighborhood.
Great Communication from Property Management We've lived here for almost 2 years. It was originally Lakeview Square. A little over a month ago, we received notification that the property had been bought and it was now called Dublin Park. At first, I was very concerned. With such a huge change, you have no idea what will happen with your current lease, rates or what to expect when your lease is up. Enjoyed living here Very nice place, a little outdated but its a place I would recommend to anyone. I moved to lower my expenses and I wish I had not. I moved to Sawmill Ravine and I can tell a world of difference between a leasing office that cares and one that does not. Management is really good and works with you. Thank you Lakeview Square for making my living experience of 4 years manageable and enjoyable.
Re-locating Relocating from Cleveland, OH to Dublin, Oh was a very difficult thing to get used to. But having the amenities and the well knowledged staff. They made my transition very easy and were pleasant and willing to go the extra mile for me being that I filled out all of my applications by phone. Once I say my townhome I loved it. I think I am going to love Dublin, Ohio.
Theft - Beware We moved in a little over a week ago, and it's clear that theft is a HUGE issue in this complex. We were stolen from literally in the first week we lived here. And now we have a whole year to go. Stay away.

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE READ BEFORE LIVING HERE. My fiance and have lived here since October of 2023, shortly after moving in we submitted a laundry list of maintenance requests and in addition to the maintenance requests we were also given resurfaced countertops about a month after moving in. These countertops really helped the overall aesthetic of the unit. However, the job was not finished because they left cracked paint above all of our counters in all bathrooms and the kitchen.
