Verified Renter I love living at the Dewell at McEwen apartment the staff is so nice and the maintenance staff are there on the job they do not mess around when it come to answering and getting their jobs done they are very good about that and they will let you know if you have to wait on them to order a part of call in someone from outside no matter what it may be it is done in no time. Verified Renter My ability to find a quality apartment through remote communication while living on the other side of the country was aided by the amazing communication of the leasing agent at Dwell. My move-in process was seamless with accommodation being made for a couple small logistical requests I had. I am very impressed with the professionalism and level of communication from the staff in the Dwell office. The grounds are maintained to an exceedingly high standard, making this a very pleasant place to live.

Verified Renter My Wife and I have lived at McEwen for close to 3 years. The community is one of dogs and people jogging with beautiful scenery to look at. The maintenance staff is quick, transparent with communication and works extremely efficiently. We are also fond of the front office staff. Colleen has been a wonderful asset to us as a property manager and has always handled any issue we ever had swiftly and with a smile on her face.
