Dwell has become a run down complex ! I renewed my lease ONLY because I was promised this dump will get better but nothing has been repaired or remodeled and it only gone down hill even more it a dump !!!!

Ready to move!!!! I have lived here since January 2019 & I’m beyond ready to leave. Between the constant construction going on outside my window to the noisy neighbors above us (which we have been told since we are on the end it’s probably the way the building has been built and it is a combination of everyone we are hearing) it has been quite ridiculous for the amount of rent I am paying. BEWARE - the office’s copy of my apartments key has been lost by them twice - the first three months I lived here, I received threats to send me to collections for nonpayment, but every time it was because their system had messed up. Never apologized. - microwave broken for half a year. Ended up just buying my own to sit on the counter. - towed my car while I was out of town and now I will have to pay $1000 to retrieve it. Terrible Staff Great location. Decent apartments. Terrible leasing office staff. They were extremely unresponsive, but expected tenants to accommodate their needs with less than a days notice for maintenance issues. These were not issues I had reported, but complex wide things like replacing all the blinds or repairing damages caused by weather.
