Verified Renter Dwell has been an awesome place to live so far. We love the locationits super close to everything we need and we dont have to deal with a lot of traffic. We also love how new it feels and how the amenities are up-to-date. The leasing staff, specially Colleen, have been great! The only downside to this apartment is that you get what you pay forto have the luxuries that Dwell offers, you have to pay more than you may have to pay elsewhere. Verified Renter I love the location! Very nice and friendly people, safe area with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Too many dogs being loud and definitely not enough parking space.
