Verified Renter The Dwell is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The staff are kind and friendly, maintenance is done in a timely manner and you are always treated like you are valued. Plus the apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are awesome. Highly recommending the Dwell!!!
Verified Renter First and foremost the Staff here is bar none the best in the industry! The reception you will recieve from the team is humble and honest. I have had no issues with the apartment I am living in and the community is quaint, quiet, well kept and clean. Also extremely dog friendly. Best Apartment Community in the area! I have been at the Dwell at McEwen for a little over two months and I am extremely happy with my decision to live here. The staff is more than friendly and they made moving in a breeze. The apartments are great! Very clean and updated and the amenities are top of the line as well. If you're moving to the Franklin/Cool Springs area, this is the best apartment complex there is!
Dwell-Great Community I have lived at Dwell for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and very personable and are very good about offering engaging opportunities for the community to partake in. I love the pool area and walking around the property. Have been very pleased with my apartment and love the convenience of the location. Definitely a great choice in the Cool Springs/Franklin area.
Dwell Great community and apartment is excellent for me.
Perfection I've only been at Dwell a few months now, but absolutely love everything about it. I'm in one of the older buildings, which has 11 foot ceilings, and has new and luxurious finishes. So far its been one of my favorite apartments I've ever lived in. The pool is great and always empty in the mornings. The only reason its not a full 5 stars is: - The gym is really tiny, like Hotel tiny, and has had broken A/C for a little more then a month now. - The parking is a little chaotic, they let you park anywhere...so tenants... read more
Pros Cons Pros: - Great location: walking distance to restaurants, shopping and w/in close proximity to interstate - Nice pool area w/ saltwater pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace - Controlled access building and trash shoot (Dwell II) - modern interior/design/fixtures - Many floor plan options Cons: - Poor quality build with thin floors, walls and ceilings (I suggest the top floor if you're sensitive to sound) - Not enough parking - Cheap appliances - Pricey relative to quality
Dwell at Mcewen Nice pool and BBQ spots outdoors, Great location: easy access to downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, and Nashville. The apartment was nice, somewhat modern. The staff are attentive and nice.
