At the begining of my process my case seemed to have gotten lost. Once I happened upon the notice on the portal explaining why I wasn't getting any response, I was able to re-apply and from then on, things went very well. I would give the final part of the process high marks, but certainly not my first application.
I got the rate I was promised originally although the process took longer than expected due to us needing to retry with a second lender.
Professional approach, great timing and very detailed explanations every time when I needed it. Priceless, considering remote nature of the paperwork.
Jonathan was very helpful answering all questions and if he didn't have the answers he would get the answers for us so we felt we truly had someone helping us each step of the way and understanding all the information
