Julia was great. She kept us informed and walked us all the way through the entire process, which only took around 2-3 weeks. It was super fast and she even got us a lower than expected rate. I will definitely be contacting her again if I every need another loan.

I never thought I would be saying this about a mortgage broker, but the experience working with Joseph on my refinance was great. Joseph always replied promptly to my questions (sometimes within minutes). I am happy with the rate he helped me acquire (have you ever heard of 2.8% apr 15yr for a tenant occupied condo? I haven't before this). Usually I am skeptical of things that sound too good to be true, but this really worked out. I highly recommend working with EMortgage Capital. Thanks Joseph!

I have used EMortgage Capital. All for my last 3 loans, each time the process has gotten easier. This time I worked with Joseph. I have To say working with him was amazing. Most professional people I have dealt with. I was only able to give 5 stars. But really I would give them 10. Do yourself a favor if your looking for a loan call E Mortgage Capital and ask for either of them. Great company to work with.

Very good customer service and communication during trying times right now. Was able to secure a refinance at a great rate and the entire process was done with social distancing in mind as well. From the home inspection to the notary, everyone was very mindful of today's issues and safety. Highly recommended.
