Phil, did a great job keeping me up to date on the loan progress and answering my questions in a timely manner.
Eric was a great communicator. He broke everything down so I could understand and made sure I got the best rates. He understood I needed to lower of monthly payments but also my overall interest rate as well.
There were a bunch of delays over the course of several months. Communication was sparse at points. Things were also complicated by the outbreak, so that's a reason for some of the delays/communication issues. I'm understanding and appreciate everyone doing what they can under the circumstances. Ultimately, everything worked out well, and I would recommend folks to use emortgage capital. Thank you!
