Eric was a great communicator. He broke everything down so I could understand and made sure I got the best rates. He understood I needed to lower of monthly payments but also my overall interest rate as well.

There were a bunch of delays over the course of several months. Communication was sparse at points. Things were also complicated by the outbreak, so that's a reason for some of the delays/communication issues. I'm understanding and appreciate everyone doing what they can under the circumstances. Ultimately, everything worked out well, and I would recommend folks to use emortgage capital. Thank you!

All online transactions, uploading documents, e-signature are easy to handle. Explanation of Closing costs is little confusing. Daniel was very responsive.

Please note that I had little to no interaction with Eric. Regina on the other hand was fantastic! She reached out in multiple ways and always answered my questions promptly. Had I known this was for her I would have answered it the first time it was sent instead of having my box spammed with multiple sends of the same survey for a dude I don't know. Regina rocks....she deserves a raise:) Cheers!
