Please note that I had little to no interaction with Eric. Regina on the other hand was fantastic! She reached out in multiple ways and always answered my questions promptly. Had I known this was for her I would have answered it the first time it was sent instead of having my box spammed with multiple sends of the same survey for a dude I don't know.
