I appreciate the patience and overall knowledge Winston brought to my case. This is my third time around getting a refinancing. The previous experiences were rather challenging and somewhat intimidating. Winston addressed my concerns and always made me feel "heard". I feel that is so important. He explained why he needed various documents and all the pros and cons of a decision. I felt like he was in my corner.

She not only walked us through the process but made sure to include what we should expect next. The whole process in our refinancing was handled with a very expedient manner. We would definitely recommend Holly to our friends and family if there need arises.
