Joseph Shalaby has been absolutely incredible as my loan officer so far in this process. He worked on a weekend to ensure he got me the best rate and locked me as soon as possible on his end, and has been communicating with me continually. I have never been so grateful after a previous experience with a lender that essentially dropped the ball on me, with no reason/justification. It was so stressful, and Joseph saved the day.
