Please note that I had little to no interaction with Eric. Regina on the other hand was fantastic! She reached out in multiple ways and always answered my questions promptly. Had I known this was for her I would have answered it the first time it was sent instead of having my box spammed with multiple sends of the same survey for a dude I don't know. Nancy was very knowledgeable with my refi scenario. I am not an easy client and I had a lot of questions! She helped me understand everything I asked. She helped me time the rate lock perfectly and she was very patient along the way. I feel like she took care of my needs vs. pushing her business goals on me.
