Nancy is always available when I have a question ( even after work hours ) . The process for refinancing my loan was so efficient & done with very short timeline .

Great service! He was on time and answered all questions as needed. Some other lenders said they had never heard of E Mortgage and I shouldn't work with them as if they were fraud. But no fraud here, worked my loan exactly as he said he would. everything went through on time and was handled professionally. Again my wife and I were very satisfied.
