I never thought I would be saying this about a mortgage broker, but the experience working with Joseph on my refinance was great. I have used EMortgage Capital. All for my last 3 loans, each time the process has gotten easier. This time I worked with Joseph. I have To say working with him was amazing. Most professional people I have dealt with. I was only able to give 5 stars. But really I would give them 10. Very good customer service and communication during trying times right now. Was able to secure a refinance at a great rate and the entire process was done with social distancing in mind as well. From the home inspection to the notary, everyone was very mindful of today's issues and safety. Highly recommended.
