I’m still dealing with the notary coming to my house for closing signatures that were missed the first and second time. Plus most of my closing documents have the wrong county on them. I’m just disappointed the closing is taking so long and so many mistakes were done along the way.
I have no idea who this person is and had absolutely no contact with this person throughout my refinance process. This survey is a waste of my time. I already completed a survey for the people I actually interacted with during my refinance.

While I appreciate the assistance with the refinance, it was very difficult to work with Julia. She was impatient and condescending. I work in a hospital where we have to keep our phones off and there is a 3 hour time difference. I repeatedly requested emails from Julia instead of phone calls. She would not comply and insisted on phone calls throughout. It seemed the calls were mostly to berate and lecture me. Erick used email and that was easy and she was so pleasant.

I feel that people were not completely honest with me. I could have gotten a better deal with someone else. Your agent told me he would match it or do better if I stayed with him. As it turned out, I could have had the some interest rate and everything else, but ended up owing 3 or 4 thousand dollars less. I feel I was deceived. I accepted the offer because my husband was so stressed out by the whole thing and just wanted it to end. He suffers from major war=related anxiety disfunction.
