I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Metal Carport Depot and Eagle Carports. I purchased two carports at the beginning of 2024, and on September 12, one of them collapsed before a storm even got bad. Despite their claims of quality and durability, the carport was poorly built and clearly unable to withstand normal weather conditions. They did a great job on the building. Turned out great and it is what I needed. Scheduling was a little iffy. They were post to be at the job at 9am and did not show up tell 4pm. They did work with me on finale payment because I had plans and was not going to pay until I seen the finale product the next day.
The structure itself is amazing! We had an issue more with how the job site was left. We found 10+ screws in driveway which could have very easily caused a flat tire. Trash was left inside the structure, which was surprising to us. Also the door doesn’t close properly and we had to fix it ourselves because it wouldn’t shut and lock.
Had an excellent install in a very tight spot for a cargo trailer. The crew communicated well, navigated through all the gates, installed fast, gathered their gear, and off they went. The four man crew made it look so simple but in reality those pieces are heavy. 12x25 carport standard
Very professional crew. Jose Duran and his team did an outstanding job. Very happy with my new barn!
