Our experience in the Suffolk office was great. They had everything my husband Thomas Brown wanted. We ordered our new garage on May 23rd 2025 and it was delivered and put up by June the 6th. 2025. Jose Duran And his crew did a excellent job, they were here at the time they said they would be here,6:00 a.m., and by 3:00 p.m. had completed the work. Building looks great. Duran Installations did the install and they did a good job. They worked from sun up till sun down. They cleaned up and did a great job. Photos were during instal and not of completed project. They finished at 8:30 pm and haven’t had a chance to take completed photos.
Very good experience from start to finish. Talked to Jack a few times and he set me up with what we wanted. Scheduling department gave us a time and date. That all worked out nice. Antonio and his crew did a real nice job erecting the building. 10 hrs and it was up. We are very happy with Eagle and would recommend them to anyone needing a building
Our experience with Eagle Carports was 5 star. We had great communication from several departments as our purchase progressed from ordering to delivery. The construction crew we had were from Amarillo, TX and they were timely, respectful, and very efficient at erecting the structure. No complaints!
I give 4 stars because it took so long for the workers to get there. I understand that they had to finish another job but the time was very unappreciated. I don’t like waiting all day long. They did an awesome job. I love the results and I do wish I would have remained with the original size. But because of where I wanted it, it had to be smaller. I love it.
