Impressive building quality and exemplary customer service! I loved everything about my experience from the design, engineering consult, the build and the service call that followed (due to my bad, not theirs). The phone staff and build staff are pleasant and happy, which reflects on a great business culture. Can't recommend them enough.
Overall, not bad. I have had an issue that has been ignored on attempts to email/call. Had my carport put in June of 2022. All went well with the exception that there is a major gap between the building and the garage door. Allowing things to get in.

I tried buying from other Carport manufacturers, made a deposit on one only to be told that Monday that the price went up, Eagle carports gave me a price, helped with the permit in Colorado. I sent a copy of the permit to Eagle, They called and said I would be put in scheduling. A day later I gate a call saying they would be here on Monday morning. They arrived about 8:00 am. Do not use this business. Building leaks in the roof and around the building because they did not use proper materials nor complete the installation. Came back once to try to repair leak in roof but didnt work and when called back again they said they would not do anything else. Showed where they didnt do build correctly and all they had to say was that the sub they used no longer works for them. . They dont do what they say nor stand behind their work. Once they delivered it was great, but I had a problem with permitting and had to reschedule. I had to pay a rescheduling fee which I did because it was my problem but then they had to reschedule 3 times once with out any notice and I didnt get any discount.
Bought and paid in full. garage on 6/30/25. errors were made in construction and teams were sent to correct. issues with rolling doors and awning were addressed but not resolved 2- 10 foot doors 9 ft awnings. Rolling doors had bent parts removed and left behind. Door not repaired or replaced. no resolve from company for almost 11 months. why can they not make this right.? very frustrated doors are not operating correctly.
COMMUNICATION *****. I'm now having to take over this battle because I feel like my father is being taken advantage of. Y'all act like Y'all can't get back to clients after they pay the deposit. My states permitting office emailed Nov 10 my father didn't get an email from a *** until Dec 10th and before that there was no communication and it's right back to that. Everything went well until the install. I asked for an 8 foot opening for my door and got 8'3". This now requires a custom garage door. My quote exploded +$1200 because of the custom order to the garage door.Eagle Carports told me to reach out to the installer for retribution...I did not pay the installer! THEY were in charge of the installer, and told me the fix had to come out the installer's pocket. Eagle Carports also told me that I voided the warranty because I mounted electrical on the exterior.
