Had a crew from the Mt. Airy location install our carport in Sparta, NC. Jose and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked incredibly well together. They had the carport up quickly and efficiently and it looks terrific! We consider it an enhancement to the property. Very happy!

Impressive building quality and exemplary customer service! I loved everything about my experience from the design, engineering consult, the build and the service call that followed (due to my bad, not theirs). The phone staff and build staff are pleasant and happy, which reflects on a great business culture. Can't recommend them enough.
Overall, not bad. I have had an issue that has been ignored on attempts to email/call. Had my carport put in June of 2022. All went well with the exception that there is a major gap between the building and the garage door. Allowing things to get in.
A special shout-out to customer service rep., Beth D******, at Eagle Carports. Ms. D******'s customer service skills are exceptional. Her ability to problem solve and maintain a great relationship with the customer is an art that she has mastered. I tried buying from other Carport manufacturers, made a deposit on one only to be told that Monday that the price went up, Eagle carports gave me a price, helped with the permit in Colorado. I sent a copy of the permit to Eagle, They called and said I would be put in scheduling. A day later I gate a call saying they would be here on Monday morning. They arrived about 8:00 am. COMMUNICATION *****. I'm now having to take over this battle because I feel like my father is being taken advantage of. Y'all act like Y'all can't get back to clients after they pay the deposit. My states permitting office emailed Nov 10 my father didn't get an email from a *** until Dec 10th and before that there was no communication and it's right back to that. Everything went well until the install. I asked for an 8 foot opening for my door and got 8'3". This now requires a custom garage door. My quote exploded +$1200 because of the custom order to the garage door.Eagle Carports told me to reach out to the installer for retribution...I did not pay the installer! THEY were in charge of the installer, and told me the fix had to come out the installer's pocket. Eagle Carports also told me that I voided the warranty because I mounted electrical on the exterior.
