If there was a zero star, I would have used that. They set up a contract for a new carport and scheduled my installation for a Friday at 4PM. On Tuesday, they called and rescheduled (even though they are the ones that picked that day). I had to redo my plans for following weekend which sucked because I already had plans set for myself. If I was able to leave 0 stars, I would. Not a single man on the crew spoke English, so it was very hard to communicate. We bought a carport and in our contract, we agreed to 7-foot legs on it and that they would cut the legs on site to make it even since our driveway goes down in about a 7-inch slope. They did not cut them on site and will not refund the money for it. We paid extra for them to cut the legs on site and for the 7 foot legs. They used bricks around our home to level the carport. My barn was 35 x 45 and it looks like a disaster, I have wrinkles in my barn and Im totally embarrassed about how it looks. Cant believe Eagle carport does not want to take pride in their craftsmanship..I paid over 26K for a barn that looks 40 years old and its less than four months old . my barn came from Eagle Carports in **************. I am in the *******, ***** area no one wants to take responsibility from my barn..
Do not do business with this company or any of it sister companies. I bought a 24x30 building in 2018. The construction has been fine so far but the metal siding is fading badly and rusting. The company claims is has a 20 year warranty for the panels against discoloration and/or rust, but they WILL NOT honor their warranty. Heck they won't even give you a customer courtesy reply.FACT- I filed a claim with them on March 18, 2024. Do not spend your money with this company. We had a metal car port installed in 2023. It is bowing out bent/damaged on both sides. Just been given the run around installers came out in the dark late 11:00 pm Friday night we could not see so they came early next morning still dark could not see it was so dark. In my search for a dependable shelter for my RV motorhome, I entrusted Eagle Carports, enticed by their assurance of durability - including a purported wind resistance of up to 140 mph. However, my experience shows a significant disparity between their promises...and reality. Beautiful job and very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship of the installation. EXCEPT I AM NOT happy with the electric garage doors, very cheap and barely work. I asked about paperwork for the garage door opener motors and electronics and were told there were none. After the workers left I found the Manuals in the trash. Was expecting heavier duty garage doors than what they supplied, Would not ever buy doors that cheap, but now I am stuck with them i guess.
After trying to get a simple carport scheduled to be installed for the last two weeks, I can't even get an estimate for an approximate date a crew can come up from SE Texas near ****** to ***** County Texas up on the Oklahoma border. Bought place from elderly couple, with one of there carports already installed. Was not installed correctly. Contacted customer service and they told me to bad so sad. They took advantage of the elderly people and didn’t put it up correctly. Missing braces about to fall down. Workmanship and customer service both poorly done.
