My dog died from heatstroke due to the negligence and carelessness from this facility. My dog Shadow recently started to show signs of parvo , Shadow last ate and drank lastnight and he was NOT severely malnourished or dehydrated from diarrhea, and a turgor test had also confirmed that before bringing him to the vet. My mother in law drove an hour to bring her sick dog in after reading that this facility had an ultrasound machine. Her local vet had instructed that the dog should have one done. Upon arrival she was informed that they had a machine but it was not a very good one and instead of sending her to the other emergency facility in town they did blood work and sent her home with some medication. The vet and the vet tech were very nice no issues with them however I arrived right around 7:40 sat outside waiting for two hours with my dog watching him decline waiting for a parvo test that I knew he was negative for to come back. I was initially told the parvo test would only take 10 mins then when the guy came outside he said 20 mins.
