I am very thankful for the fact they are there overnight, when my regular vet isn't. I had a very bad scare with my baby last night/early this morning. Everyone was sweet, pleasant and understanding of my panic mode about my May May. It wasn't anymore expensive than my regular vet, and at that point money didn't matter, my baby getting well did. I can't say enough how happy I am that there is a place open all night.
RecommendedI am thankful there is a place to take any of my pets when my regular vet is not available. Emergency care is expensive everywhere, people or vets. Believe me you may whine about it now but next time you have an emergency you'll be knocking on their front door.
RecommendedEveryone was wonderful. Did everything they could do for my little chiweenie that got bit by a copperhead. She's going to just fine now. So thankful we have a place in Longview for pet emergencies.

Recommended RecommendedI brought my dog up there tonight because he got a Kong toy stuck on his tongue and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They were able to remove it thankfully. There was a lot of people there and a lot of chaos and they handled everything VERY professionally.
