RecommendedWhat friendly and caring staff. I had to bring our dog in for what we thought was an allergic reaction. Turns out it was a bee sting. The care our pup received was top of the line and she was better in no time. This was my first experience with ETPE and it was one that's earned my trust and my future business.

RecommendedI brought my young cat in last night. She had been bitten by a feral cat that roams the neighborhood and seemed to be going down fast. I brought her in about 10:30, she was seen immediately, treated well and is on the mend this morning. What I really wanted to commend was the vet tech, Jessica and the vet. So nice, competent. Very impressed. Cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and attitude. (The cost was truly what I would have expected during the daytime.) Thank you for taking care of Poppy.
RecommendedMy dog had a seizure last night so I had to take him in. The staff was amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! Instead of just being stuck in a room to wait (like at other places) they were continuously checking in and making sure that we were doing ok or seeing if we needed anything. I highly recommend them if you have a pet emergency!

RecommendedWe have a long history with the East Texas Emergency Clinic going back almost 10yrs ago when we found our Bandit as a puppy injured in the middle of a road. They were there for us when our Cocker Spaniel Jake had to be put down due to severe illness. They saved our Cocker Spaniel Grace when she bloated multiple times and they were the ones who caught her IVDD in x-rays.
