My dog died from heatstroke due to the negligence and carelessness from this facility. My dog Shadow recently started to show signs of parvo , Shadow last ate and drank lastnight and he was NOT severely malnourished or dehydrated from diarrhea, and a turgor test had also confirmed that before bringing him to the vet. My parents whom were watching him for me took him to this vet to avoid him getting worse. The vet had tested him for parvo which was $230+, I was on the phone with my parents while they were waiting on the tes... read more
My mother in law drove an hour to bring her sick dog in after reading that this facility had an ultrasound machine. Her local vet had instructed that the dog should have one done. Upon arrival she was informed that they had a machine but it was not a very good one and instead of sending her to the other emergency facility in town they did blood work and sent her home with some medication. So a lot of money spent and no answers later the dog passed away less than 24 hours after being treated at this facility. So no, we do not... read more
The vet and the vet tech were very nice no issues with them however I arrived right around 7:40 sat outside waiting for two hours with my dog watching him decline waiting for a parvo test that I knew he was negative for to come back. I was initially told the parvo test would only take 10 mins then when the guy came outside he said 20 mins. I didn’t get a result back for almost 2 hours stuck sitting outside I even had to call and say my dog was declining I could see his respiratory getting worse and it still took 30 mins afte... read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I am completely heartbroken, today. Monday, Pickle was attacked through our privacy fence by a neighboring pit bull, another reason to not trust that disgusting breed, and was taken to an emergency veterinarian. His wounds were severe, but not fatal. This sorry excuse for a vet ignored his need for early intubation due to his stress and inability to protect his own airway, despite my multiple pleas to sedate and intubate him. She smiled at me, dismissed what I said, and let him suffocate to death. I w... read more
We came in Sunday morning with our puppy Nova who had been severally attacked by other dogs. Our Nova was deceased but we bought her back and she was standing in the tub before we left to take her in. We kept her covered with towels and a coat which we removed before coming in. Once we made it she was taken to the back. the technician stated she needed to be stabilized and it would cost $400-500 to start her. I told her okay fine and we left for coffee. Shortly afterward we were called to the back and they explained the situ... read more
Brought my dog in and y’all diagnosed him with arthritis in his jaw. He kept getting worse over the weekend and I called back only to find y’all wanted more money to see him again. We waited till Monday morning and I had to carry him into our regular vet. Turns out he had a abscess in his upper gum that was severely infected. If your tech only opened his mouth instead if wasting my money on BS tests then rushing us out the door he wouldn’t have been so sick. Never ever will I use your office again.
I will never take my pet there again! He must have caught himself on a barbed-wire fence or wire on a chain-link fence yesterday and ripped about a 4 inch slice into his chest. It was not into the tissue or muscle, just the skin, but pretty gaped. Our regular Vet here in Mt. Pleasant was out of town for the weekend, so it was recommend by another Vet office to take him to East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic. Although it wasn't life threatening, I felt he needed attention, so we drove 45 minutes to Longview for care at 7:00 p.m. ... read more
