My name is Felipe. Well, I do know no one is perfect and also Easy Auto Ship sub contracts the drivers. At least in my case, my driver, Joe, was very professional, stayed in constant communication. Did he missed the pick up window, Yes. Was that bad, no. The logistics business is unpredictable. I wish people would rather accept that things don't always go as planned and be fair when leaving reviews.

Easy to deal with, professional, reliable and reasonably priced. My car was picked up in NJ within a couple of days and delivered to MO on time and in the same condition that it was picked up. Excellent customer service from Cody (via phone calls, texts & emails) as well as great communication from Sam the driver. I would definitely use them again.
