Fast delivery and easy to work with. Picked up car at desired time without any rescheduling. Not the cheapest rate but reasonable and fair.

Awesome customer service! I worked with Jen, she was reliable and competent. The driver called and texted me throughout the trip. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and car was in perfect condition. I would definitely use Easy Auto Ship again.

Charity in customer service was great. Stayed in contact with me constantly. The rate they quote you is what you pay, no surprises at delivery time. That was a concern of mine as I researched other companies and they would say there were other hidden fees, not with Easy Auto Ship, rate was competitive and very fair. The only suggestion I would have is that they somehow incorporate GPS into the mix. I had a classic vehicle delivered that I paid a good amount of money for so I was anxious to know it’s whereabouts.

Representative was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and understood my needs. The driver was also friendly and experienced in loading and unloading the motorcycle on the truck I had difficulty with accepting the delivery but the owner of trucking company worked with me. I really appreciate that. So he scheduled the delivery of my motorcycle to meet my availability. He also worked with me the payment. I am really grateful of that. I give them 10/10 Thanks guys.

The customer service was great. They quoted me a price and there were no hidden charges. They were prompt and the driver was very helpful and patient. My car was picked up and was delivered in good condition. I would recommend them. The only thing I was surprised about was the carrier truck. It was a enclosed trailer that only held two cars but it was ok because it got the job done. I took pictures of the truck my car and the driver. Couldn’t ask for an easier process! Shipped my vehicle from California to Ohio. Car was picked up on time as scheduled, and delivered a couple days before expected delivery!
