From start to finish, the process was painless, car was picked up the next day, and delivered on time. 100% would use them again.
Both **** and ***** were great and helpful. They turned down four sub contractor haulers because they didnt meet their standards. The driver and contact were great, helpful and courteous.
We were especially impressed with the communication that Easy Auto Ship offered to us. We were always able to speak with a real person! Our car pickup was seamless - and the delivery was smooth as well. We would highly recommend Easy Auto Ship to anyone.
From start to finish our experience with Easy Auto Ship was flawless. **** was always there to take a call and address any concerns. **** the trucker had to be the hardest working man alive. He loaded and unloaded with a smile and always kept us apprised of where he was. Our car was delivered in a very timely manner and we will be booking another run in the spring.
I only wish that every company was run as well as this one is.
