I called EAS in a panic because the company I’d had booked for months completely failed to line up a driver. I was leaving the state and had to get the car squared away first. Anthony and others were good at communicating during the waiting period. The car took 6 days to arrive. All went well with the transfer. No one tells you that if a company can’t get a driver, they just keep telling you to wait, they’re trying until it’s too late. EAS came through when I needed it after the other company flaked. the operator was so professional. We could not ask for a better transport. the Shelby arrived one day later 450 miles PA to NC in perfect condition. would highly recommend this carrier plus the staff covered all question and answered when I contacted them without waiting. Outstanding staff.
I contracted with EAS to ship 2 vehicles from Tennessee to California. I must say that the vehicles were picked up on Monday and arrived on Saturday a.m. I would definitely use the service again and will sing EAS to all my friends and family. Corey was exemplary in taking my order and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. David, the transporter was great and called to advise an hour before delivery.
Shipping my car with Easy Auto Ship could not have been better. From the customer service, the pickup, to the delivery of my vehicle, it was picture perfect. This process was not nearly as easy as I would have expected. I reached EZ Autoship through a link provided on the **Pack website (since they do not ship vehicles). The process seemed easy on the front end in that I notified them at the beginning of April of my targeted ship date in May. They gave me a window of 4-8 May. I was clear with ******* (my EZ Autoship contact) that I was leaving the state on the 10th of May.
