Our experience was wonderful. The communication throughout the process-from initial contact to delivery was reassuring, and very professional. Used their services to move our Volvo S60 from Boston, MA to Houston, TX. Very smooth, efficient and incident free move. Driver Luis was excellent. Kept us updated throughout the move which was timely. On budget, not a penny more. On time. What more do you ask for from vendor in an industry full of “bait and switch”. I asked for and got one price and it stayed. Pickup within 3 days. Car within 5 days (requested by us). Will recommend highly.

Shannon from Easy Auto Ship was very customer oriented and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I did not have to worry about anything, and whenever I had a question, she promptly took care of it or found the answer. I was so pleased that I shipped not just one car, but a second car across the country. I will continue to use Easy Auto Ship whenever I need transportation for any of my vehicles.
