I have been in the car business for over 6 years and have shipped many vehicles. In all my time and of all my vehicles shipped this was the best experience I have had to date. I will NEVER USE ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY! The service from the beginning to my first call with *******, to walking me and the customer through all steps along the way. Great communication and transparency, also the timely manner of the pick up and delivery. I would give 10 stars if possible!! Thank you!

Easy Auto Ship was a couple more dollars on the initial quote however the customer service via Lindsay was great and I chose EAS over the other quotes. I signed a contract and paid my deposit and off it went without a hitch…so I thought. A few fays before the pickup was scheduled I got a call from Lindsay stating she is having a hard time locating a driver for the quoted/contracted price because of Christmas week. Shipping during the holidays is always a ****** and working with a one day window that you gave us made it extremely difficult to find a driver given it was the day after a major holiday- Most carriers are still home spending time with their families after Christmas. We always tell customers to be aware of shipping around the holidays and to expect delays. ******* and ******* were great to work with. I shipped a Jeep from a used car lot with very limited hours and they worked hard to find a carrier and get me my car on time. Will definitely consider them again next time I need a car transported.

This is our second time working with this vehicle transport brokerage after the first time went very well. This time was not quite as smooth but to be clear, from what I can tell, that is not the fault of the brokerage side (EasyAutoShip). I used Easy Auto Ship twice and both times they were reliable and efficient in their service. Although i know there can sometimes be hiccups, i didn’t experience any, Thankfully. My vehicle was picked up and delivered hassle free. I wasn’t the happiest with my quote on the second vehicle but because they delivered my first auto without incident, i chose to use their service again. We contacted Easy Auto Ship, they told us when the car would be picked up and dropped off. It was picked up on the Tuesday and dropped off on the Thursday. It was from Wisconsin to the East coast. The shipping company was responsive and the car was delivered in perfect condition. This is the second time I used this company. Absolutely no issues.
