In spite of all the negative reviews I would definitely recommend easy auto they were a pleasure to deal with. They kept me well informed and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. ***** was most pleasurable to deal with he was polite and professional. Thank for your service
Excellent service and communication. The driver was incredibly fast in getting the vehicle to me. He communicated very well, brought the vehicle as close to my driveway as possible and in perfect condition.The company was easy to deal with and also was excellent with their communication both to the seller, from whom the pickup was made, and with me. I highly recommend these folks, best experience I have had with a shipping company.
Easy Auto Ship came through when I thought they wouldn't. My wife flew to the city of pickup based my agreement with EAS. We were notified the a driver had was hired and that he would be at the location on a Monday. I reached out to the driver directly to confirm the pickup on the Friday prior, not a friendly person, but that was fine, just need to get the car from point A to B. I had to ship a vehicle from ******* to ************** on short notice. I called Easy Auto Ship and spoke to a gentleman named ****. He immediately got on top of things and was able to pick up my car the next day and have it shipped to my house. Quick response to quote request and once we gave ok- even faster response to pick up the vehicle- we had to have car picked up quickly they were in constant communication with status- awesome experience will definitely use again!

This auto ship was the best auto shipping experience I have had.They were careful with our car and got it to us quickly. I will use them again if I ever need this type of service.
I had a great experience with Easy Auto Ship. They kept me informed through the process, delivery was quick and the car arrrived unscathed. The only hiccup I experienced concerned paying the driver. The broker's rep told me I could pay the driver via Paypal, but the driver did not have an account. I had $750 in cash at the house just in case, so I was able to pay the driver and he released the car to me. I definitely would use Easy Auto Ship again.
