It was a positive experience transporting our SUV across country with Easy Auto Ship. The communications with the assigned Easy Auto Ship customer service rep throughout the process was excellent. The vehicle was picked up within 24 hours of the original estimate. It was rapidly delivered ***** miles away with no problems. Our driver was superb and kept ** constantly informed throughout the journey. We would definitely use Easy Auto Ship again for future transfers.
Easy Auto Ship exceeded my expectations. They were rated top auto transport in ****** and I can attest to their high rating. ******* on the phone was friendly and efficient. ****, the driver, was very prompt. I was told it could take up to 3-4 days. My car was delivered in one day, which made my life much easier not having to rent a car. Car was delivered perfectly and steps from my apartment. BTW, they were about $800 cheaper than ************* *** *****with superior customer service.
Everything went as smooth as possible - I was a little concerned since the car was at an auto body shop getting repaired, then needed to be shipped cross-country , but they coordinated everything ***************** the car up quickly after repairs were completed and actually arrived earlier than anticipated. All good !
Great communication, fast and reliable. Appreciated the fact that you can track the location of your shipment through the eBoL (bill of lading). My car arrived in perfect condition and three days ahead of schedule. The driver was/is super nice and accommodating.
Great experience! I purchased a vintage car out of state and hired Easy Auto Ship to tranport my vehicle in an enclosed car hauler. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company as the pricing was on par with other shippers, the pick up and drop off of the vehicle was smooth but the communication between the the main office, driver and I was stellar. I was absolutely use Easy Auto Ship in the future.
