They picked up the car on time and was delivered in good shape and as they said.
Driver called ahead of time for confirmation that we were at home, then called when he arrived at our street. the car was delivered on the day it was promised. he backed vehicle out of trailer, and we gave him the certified check. He called our 52 ***** the "Beauty Queen", after he was ready to leave.
I would like to thank this company for making it easy to get my car to me. It was very easy. Upfront pricing.. everything about the whole movement was well communicated. I will definitely choose this company in the future. Thanks for such a great experience
Last minute, on Friday before Presidents day weekend they set up a truck and a boat to transport my car. For a great price. So nice and professional. I had to leave for my flight 5 hours before the driver could arrive to pick up my car and the driver figured out a way to help me. I even screwed up making a payment, and they driver was so nice and polite about the situation. I will be recommending them to everyone.
I moved my 82 year old parents all the way across the country from ******* to ***hington and Easy Auto Ship was the only company who made me feel completely comfortable with the whole process. Excellent and easy to deal with. Will deal with them again if car shipping is ever needed.
They stuck to their quote, and I was able to pay with a credit card to make things easier. There was a delay as the assigned truck broke down before car pick up. The newly assigned truck was easy to work with and delivered the car ahead of schedule. No damage to the vehicle just understandably a bit dirty from a cross country trip. And they stuck to their initial quote. On budget and on time.
I was a little skeptical since this was my first time shipping a car. **** was super helpful and professional throughout the process. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. They arranged pick up for my car in just two hours, for cross country shipping. There was a misunderstanding with the truck driver regarding the luggage in my car trunk. A phone call to **** and he resolved this issue on the spot.
Tried with another shipper who in over 2 weeks could not get a transport arranged. Had one within 24hr w EasyAutoShip, he came within a couple days and actually was available to deliver 2 days earlier than expected. Great service!
