I had an excellent experience with the office staff and the driver Gary as well. We had some special requests that they were able to meet and did everything they said they would do. Delivery was on time, exactly as promised. The price was competitive. I couldn’t have been happier, I would recommend them and would use them again.
I used Easy Auto to ship my car from New York to California and cannot imagine a process going more smoothly. Their customer services reps were efficient, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. And, they answered the phone so I was able to speak to a live person without waiting on hold for a long time. In the end, the process they described to me was followed, there were no additional or added costs, and they picked up and delivered my car on time. Excellent. Highly-recommend.
Communication with the driver was sketchy, but that does not mean that the EasyAutoShip company was at fault. Other than that, we had an excellent experience in every way and plan to use this service again in the near future.
Best customer service and great prices. I don't think I'd bother getting competing quotes on future shipping needs.

Outstanding service! Pick up was when promised and delivery was also when promised! Actually delivery was sooner than anticipated but not a problem in my case. Car was received exactly the way it was when I shipped it.
What a phenomenal company! From start to finish there were no worries at all! I’ve used other car shipping companies in the past, but none were like Autoship. Awesome customer service, best prices by far, and smooth transactions. Look no further when you need to ship your cars.
