Easy Auto Ship was an excellent company to work with. They sent me everything in writing so there were no questions or changes of any kind. Customer service was fabulous. Great customer service, but the drivers they found were not that good. First driver would listen to me about not leaving key in the car and left it in the ignition while doing the pre inspection and we spent 21/2 hours trying to get the key out. It was a valet key, the alarm went off and i had to disconnect the battery, so he was unable to take the car. Their name "EasyAutoShip" accurately describes our experience. Two cars shipped across the country and everything went according to what they said. Only recommendation for them is a little more heads up before cars arrival -- we got a call when the driver was 10 minutes away and had to scramble to get the cash (or money order/cashier's check) payment in time.
