I spoke with a representative named ******** She was phenomenal. Not only did she give me a great quote but since it took an extra 2 months past the time that we were moving, she still locked in the quoted rate. I can't say enough about her kindness. I will give an updated review of the company in general once our vehicles are delivered. What I can say about them now is that they have phenomenal rated for both open and enclosed transfer.
I had originally went with a different shipping company to ship our 2020 **** Ranger. But I was stressing out because that company was not keeping in touch with me and not giving me any updates and not able to find a driver to ship our truck. By chance, ******* with Easy Auto Ship contacted me and asked if we had shipped our truck yet. In the few minutes I spoke with her on the phone, she eased my stress. **** was GREAT. I gave her a window of five days and the car was picked up the morning of Day 1 and delivered the next evening. She answered the phone or immediately called back with any questions I had, and I had complete confidence she would get me a driver and all would go smoothly, which it did. The driver and dispatch were terrific as well, letting me know when they would be there for pick-up and again for delivery. All in all it was an EXCELLENT experience from start to finish.
