Quick response, quick service
quick response and friendly service
Expensive and ineffective with long-term contract lock-in. Spent a ton of money with no results. In the 5 weeks or so I have been using them to help with my mouse problem their traps have caught zero mice. Yet my own glue traps have caught five mice. So I am paying all the money AND doing all the dirty work. Not a good deal.
Actual technician who visited the home was great. The phone contacts are terrible and do not follow through on the scheduling. I gave up several hours waiting for the home tech, and then had to re-schedule twice.
We had lots of ants in the house two days after they serviced the house. They also owed us a $20 credit, failed to apply it, we had to contact customer service (again) to get the pricing sorted out.
Edge insisted that I purchase services that I did not want. I would not recommend them nor use them again!
