My rodent problem is under control. I no longer smell rodent urine in the wall where they were living, and I no longer hear them in that wall. I am very happy that I called Edge! The service is more costly than I anticipated, but the company and technicians are very knowledgeable and professional, and - no more rodents live in my wall!

Either no one is trained or they all got different manuals or maybe in a language they do not understand. Either way, we got different views as to what the company does, how they do it and how much it costs. And for the cost.....I basically got the problem under control before they even showed up. Somewhere along the way the company started spraying for spiders... not sure why. Originally hired for a rat or Problem. They were efficient at ridding us of them

This was the first technician who staked down the rodent boxes due to the recent animal activity bouncing the boxes around.
I am the property manager and once I hired Edge and gave them a CC, no one spoke to me again. They only relied on the tenants info, never called before they were to arrive, while they were in the home, nor did they provide any info after they left. I have no idea what they did or didnâ t do, and now it is a Sunday and no one is available to take my call.... very frustrating.
Only thing I was dissatisfied about was need to buy a package and fact that the info from screener was different from what I was told by service provider 1) I wouldn t have to sign IPAD during social distancing but I did and 2) service would include ability to treat the chimney and it did not.
