review the contract because i told them i want the minimum and they sent me the two year automatic renewal and i cancelled it and kept the 1 yr non renewal. however, the bug problem so far is resolved.

did not hire? They don't pull weeds!!!!!!!!
This company has big problems with communication and meeting their commitments. When I first called, they promised same day service. That same day I got a call from the corporate office rescheduling because they had too many people who called out that day. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I was told I would be first at 8:00 AM. My technician did not get here until 9:50 AM, not even close to the commitment time.
