If I did not have to give any stars I would not. Customer service is horrible and they do a very sloppy job if they show up. Do not use them.
I contracted with this company for quarterly treatment of general insect control. Their regular treatments have been very effective.
We hired Edge based on recommendations from neighbors, to deal with ongoing spider web issues. We found that we had to constantly remind the technicians to take the time to remove the spider webs. We also often found the pesticide they apply splashed on the sides of our furniture. After our contract for 9 services was satisfied I called to cancel the service. A tech came to our house early spring but could not spray due to too much snow, said he would come back he never came back but we received a charge for service not done. We tried to contact Edge to work things out but could NEVER get through to them. My husband I called several times and struggled to get through to someone to get information on why the charge came through and get service cancelled. We disputed the transaction with our bank. I have hired them for Insect and Spider control I found 1 Spider this morning in my bathtub.
Followup from quarterly service for ants in basement
Every time my quarterly date rolls around I get only the front yard done because my back gates are locked. I ask for a reminder in the future but donâ  t get one. Iâ  m paying full price for half a service.
I had an infestation of mice getting into my house. You?re sweet Guy took time to walk around my home and showed him all the holes. He told me he will close all the holes and left a lot of traps. I couldn?t be more at ease!! THANK YOU!!
