I thought the technical expertise of the technicians from Efficient Home Solutions Inc. was outstanding. I will definitely use their services again!
It was a quick and easy experience. My air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday. I called Efficient Home Solutions and they were very quick to respond. They were here in the time frame they specified, and they quickly made a diagnosis. The following day, they had my air conditioner replaced. Their workers were very good at not leaving a mess.
I just needed some freon, and get my ac serviced. I liked the price and the service was great.. I would recommend them to anyone.
Knowledgeable, customer focused, and trust-worthy. Knowledgeable personnel who took the time to understand our situation and worked with us to find optimal solutions. Michael took the time to explain potential problems we might encounter in the future. In fact, he found a component that was about to fail and was attributing to certain noises we were hearing. Noises that we did not even mention to him.
Wonderful fix for our 1950's home. David and his crew brought our old 1950's home into energy efficiency by reconnecting broken ductwork and renewing our long neglected insullation in the attic. It's amazing how much damage the electricians, cable guys, and plumbers will do to your insullation and ducts over many years of service, but EHS got our problems solved puntually, professionally and properly priced.
They go above & beyond. Our air went out on a Thursday night about 6:30pm. We called and they sent Mike out to see what the problem was.He was at our home within 30 minutes. Needed a new unit.The installers were out THAT NIGHT at 11:30pm and had our unit replaced by 2:00 AM. We were amazed that they came out that night to replace it. I would hightly recommend this company. They are honest,have great customer service & good products.
I had a problem, and Efficient Home Solutions came out right away and took care of it. It was fine. They were very professional, and I was impressed by their work.
