Well worth the price. I can tell the difference already. Today I had some insulation blown into a floor space and the work is well worth the price. I can tell the difference already. The best service in Dallas. My air unit blew up in triple digit temps and I was leaving town in 3 days. After multiple promises from my Home Warranty company to send someone out to no avail, I started calling several vendors from across the country. I am so grateful to EHS for coming out late on a Sunday eveing to replace my unit. My pets and my family were suffering for days and I felt helpless on the east coast. When it was HOT, Efficient Energy Solutions Made Us Cool Again. When you live in Texas and are in the middle of a 40 day 100 and over temperature streak and your AC goes on the fritz, the experience leaves a lot to be desired. air conditioner problems. Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday, of course! We called several places and they were not able to fix until late in the week. We called EHS on Monday morning, and by 7pm, they had been out to see what the problem was, picked up the part we needed at a warehouse, and were back to have our air on! Great service, professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. We will be sure to recommend EHS to our friends and family!
An Actual Company That Provides Good Customer Service. Efficient Home Solutions Inc (Dallas, Richardson, Plano) I spoke personally with the owner, David Rivera who ensures his business responds to the needs of the customer. For the issues I was having with my fan motor, his technicians, Jessie and Vincent diagnosed the problem and provided the best possible service. They helped diagnose a heating problem. Efficient Home Solutions helped diagnose a little bit of a heating problem in my upstairs. The air conditioning wasn't keeping up. They came out and did a couple of things with the attic vents and with more insulation. This was my first time using them. While they helped the problem, they didn't completely solve it. I was actually most impressed with their AC subcontractor.
