Insulation, Ductwork, and Ventilation. We had problems in the attic with the home we recently bought. Being in the Mechanical trade for 40 years I knew the value that a tight duct system, insulation, and ventilation could have on our home. I started getting priceing and recomendations. Thanks EHS. Our Warranty Company would not replace our old Air Conditioning System, so we called Efficient Home Solutions and they sent a service technician out to our home. He gave us several options to work with, we decided on a New Goodman 13 SEER system, they installed it last Thursday evening and what a difference it has made in our comfort. Thanks EHS.
A/C repair and replacement. After utilizing several other HVAC companies over the past 2 1/2 years, it was a welcome relief to meet Wheldon, who came to my home and addressed my home cooling issue from an overall Home efficeincy standpoint, not just a "Cold air doesn't work" standpoint. David gave me a great price and everything came out perfectly!
When I purchased the home, Efficient Home Solutions Inc. had done work there before. I call them up when something needs work they are the ones to call because they'll tell me who I need to contact. They give great customer service, it's excellent!
Perfect Service. We called their emergency line at 7pm when our house was still at 80, and only rising, and we were at wits end. Weldon was our technician, and had our house cooling in no time. We were a little concerned that in our desperation, we might be taken for a ride, but we called around the next day to realise we received a great price. He even came back the next day to ensure we hadn't lost any refrigerant, and that the house was still cooling properly. A+++ service.
Increased Comfort Level. Thanks to Yahoos search engine I found Efficient Home Solutions who installed radiant barrier in my attic and three wind turbines. To date I am very pleased with the increased comfort level of my little humble abode. I look forward to seeing reduced electric bills all summer longhristie.
Old Fashion Customer Service. After visiting old friends in Georgetown a couple of weeks ago and listening to them brag about how much money they saved on their electric bills once their A/C unit was serviced and two returns added. I decided it was time fore my house to be checked for energy efficiency. They even told me it would help my taxes this year if we showed we upgraded our home to be more energy efficient. Efficient Home Solutions is the one to trust was feeling a large temperature difference in my master bedroom and bathroom I kept thinking it was my imagination, however my electric and gas bill kept escalating to an unreasonable amount, I started searching in Google for a Company I could depend on and trust to give me true facts.
