Excellent All the Way! Our air conditioner went out the evening of 4th of July. We found EHS through a Google search for emergency service. They answered the phone on the first ring - so nice and professional...said someone would be here between 8:00 and 10:00. Jessie arrived around 9:00...he was sooo awesome! So much more knowledgeable at solving the efficiency problems in air-conditioning cooling. Before David's service, our air conditioner was wearing itself out because even though it was a wonderful Trane----our insulation was insufficient, our soffit vents outside were too small to keep the attic air-flow at a lower temperature, AND our pull-down door-entrance to the attic wasn't a tight seal. AC down / 100+ degree temps. My A/C went down and rather than deal with my home warranty company, which has proven to leave me waiting and sweating for a tech to come out -- and then who usually needs several days to find the part, I contacted EHS after hours. A repair tech was out the next morning. He identified the problem, picked up the necessary motor, and came back and spent considerable time to make sure the motor was properly installed. Surprisingly quick responses and turnaround! I think Efficient Home Solutions' response time was really great. Within five minutes of contacting them via email, David responded to me right away, and he had someone come out right away as well, which I was not expecting. They fixed it later in the evening that Saturday, and I was surprised at the quick turnaround! I was very happy.

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced service. When we decided to have new insulation installed in our home, we were unsure of who to call. A friend recommended David and his company. Professional and Knowledgeable. As part of my new home purchase I asked David and EHS to come over and do an energy audit. They gave me some great insights and detail that my inspector could not provide. David was incredibly courteous and professional in the audit and on the follow ups. I will definitely use David for energy efficiency work going forward.

Response was quick and the furnace install was smooth - thanks EHS! Our furnace went out during the coldest part of winter last year. I called EHS and told them the situation. They were out at my house with a replacement unit within 2 hours of my call. The furnace install went smoothly and when they left my attic was cleaner then before they arrived. EHS is fast, affordable, and they get the job done right. Thanks EHS!
