It was all a 5, the best, and I am so thankful he had a beautiful place to stay with people that cared him the last 6 months of life. I especially loved the director, [name removed], who always had my back and watched out for him as well. Can't say enough good about them.

The community has been wonderful! The staff are exceptional and they catered to every need of my loved one. The staff were quick to respond to the call button requests by my loved one. The director is very nice and sweet. I can't say enough good things about the experience. The meals are outstanding. They kept my loved one's room very clean, and made sure to take my loved one down to the dining room for meals. The community worked well with hospice.

Elan Westpointe was absolutely excellent for my mother. And this is not the first place she had been, so I know the difference. The staff here were just extremely supportive and helpful.

We really liked Elan Westpointe, the gal we were working with really went out of her way and was so accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to administer my loved ones insulin the way it needed to be which is the only reason we did not end up here.

Elan Westpointe was a pretty new community and very clean. Of course, based on a tour, I can't say what the actual living experience would be like.

I would recommend Elan Westpointe to others. I'm unsure if this is due to the effects of Covid, but sometimes they are not as responsive to the alert pendant when its pressed. it's been a bit inconsistent and it may be related to staffing issues, and not so much the management. the only thing my loved one complains about is the food, but that's also subjective. despite those things, I would still recommend this community. the staff that I have interacted with seem very caring and concerned about the well being of their resid... read more

We chose Elan Westpointe because they have a lot of activities in the memory care unit and they are well schooled in working with dementia patients. The staff are kind and the facility is very nice. The food here is very good and she enjoys is. It has seemed it took a while to get accustom to moms routine, but we are trending in the right direction. I would recommend them to any of my friends with parents who have dementia.
