Good value for the amenities, cleanliness and location. The waiters, food servers and bartenders, I came across, are not personable and lack people skills. The vibe they give off is that they do not want to be there. Eldorado coffee company prices are ridiculously high and $4 for a medium regular brew cup of coffee and $8 for a medium parfait cup. not including tip LOL Good Value for the amenities and location within Reno. Sistema de localização de reservas péssimo. Uma dificuldade muito grande de localizar minhas reservas. Como eu tinha duas reservas em separado, a segunda não tendo sido encontrada, quase fui explulsa pelo segurança do hotel. Boa localização.
