Clean room and the hotel was easy to get to even though it’s in a congested area of the city. Finding our way around the hotel/restaurant/casino areas was challenging because signage isn’t great. The coffee maker in our room did not work, but otherwise the room was comfortable enough for a one night stay.

My Room didn't have microwave and refrigerator , I was very surprised, my Son is special kid and I was charged a lots of money for son movies they stated my Son watched in the Room, I was told a partial Refund from my deposit was going to be deposited back until now I am still waiting for a response.

We have been staying at the Eldorado for 25 years and never had a poor experience until now. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional but extremely dated. No phone charging outlets. A very noisy AC. The airport shuttles now require you to cross the busy Sierra street to board. Eldorado is the only Hotel that does this. There were no directions anywhere telling you to cross the street so we missed the 1st shuttle. Combine that with the other changes that Ceasars has seemed to be making to "The Row... read more
