It was his Check in was backed up until a second counter person came out. Kiosks weren’t helping most people. Room was ok but there was one cup for coffee and the bed was worn out on one side.

I would recommend it The 12th floor would’ve been nicer to not have to wait for the elevators. There were six but only two worked. We did not have breakfast we had lunch and a restaurant between the two casinos

It was just ok Casino looked dated and grunge... Suites at eldorado are really nice...
