More then expected There was nothing I didn't like The hotel is very nice. I was concerned because I paid for a upgrade and when they upgraded me they changed my room to a smoking from the non smoking that I had made. When I called they would not change it back and they informed booking.com that they would cg a 80 dollar fee to change. So I kept it with the smoking. However when I cked in the wonderful lady at the desk gave me a non smoking room for no extra charge. She also honored my request and got me a room by an elevato... read more

Fancy, pricey, but nice! I'd suggest more flexible payments plans for playing in the casinos . Right now plenty of them are available on TV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, TiVo, Android). Would be nice if you and we ( the customers of yours), at least start talking about it. I missed the breakfast. But having experience to do so, this time I was prepared - I bought food in advance in the nearest food shop. Prices were decent, and selection wide. Thanks.

Good value for a couple that needs two beds! Beds were comfy, good view, easy access to casinos and midtown. Loved the bathtub! Room was clean.

Decent I didn't like checking in with a machine and not a person. I liked the friendliness of the cleaning staff.
