The lights in my room came on and off on their own in the middle of the night, room 350. The elevators were really slow. There wasn't an ice machine on the 3rd floor.

Everything was good except no valet parking, parking nightmare and pool & hot tab closed. Still $42.00 resort fee.

i believe the perrson at check in's name was Colin. super friendly & took care of us with in minutes. we upgraded to a spa room on the 23rd floor. he gave us a corner room so we had a 180 degree view. was worth every penny. room was clean & the b ed was awesome. we had the best service & food at the Roxi we have ever experienced. thank you for the great trip El Dorado!!!
